Harrawood Marquez & Walle was founded by three partners who bring more than 24 years of combined family law experience to Charlotte families. Tara Harrawood has practiced since 2012 and believes informed clients make the strongest decisions. Andria Marquez has practiced family law exclusively since 2016 and serves on the board of Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Danielle Walle focuses on high-conflict child custody and is a certified Parenting Coordinator. Different strengths, one shared conviction: families in transition deserve attorneys who do this work every day.

That focus shapes how we practice. We represent clients across Charlotte and Mecklenburg County in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and marital agreements, and we match the approach to the family in front of us, whether that means a negotiated settlement, mediation, a collaborative process, or trial.
