Andria Marquez is a Charlotte, North Carolina family law attorney serving clients throughout Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union counties. She has focused exclusively on divorce and separation matters since 2016. She earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ North Carolina Chapter Law Student Award — presented annually to one graduating student from each law school statewide whose interests and professional standards reflect the values of the AAML.
Andria represents clients across the full range of family law issues, including complex equitable distribution, alimony, child custody, and child support. She works with clients at every stage — negotiating settlements, mediating resolutions, and advocating for them in court when a case can’t be resolved otherwise. Clients know her for a practical, level-headed approach that keeps their long-term interests in view even in the most stressful moments.
She’s especially passionate about collaborative law and what it can offer families going through separation. Trained in the collaborative process, Andria serves on the board of the Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals, working alongside other professionals to promote cooperative, out-of-court approaches to resolving family conflict.
A wife and mother of three, Andria brings a personal understanding of what’s at stake in family matters to her work. She takes pride in helping clients move through hard transitions with dignity, and in supporting families as they rebuild. If you’re facing separation or divorce, contact Andria today to schedule a consultation.
